When you create an account, we collect your email address. We use passwordless authentication (one-time codes sent to your email). We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them in a conversation.
We store the messages you send and receive, including any files or documents you upload (CVs, emails, spreadsheets, images). This data is stored to power your conversation history and allow you to access previous sessions.
We collect standard usage data including browser type, device type, pages visited, and interaction patterns through Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and used to improve the product.
If and when we introduce paid plans, payment processing will be handled by Stripe. We will not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own Privacy Policy.
If you use Boostupp without creating an account, your conversation is stored temporarily using a session identifier. This data may be retained in our database for a limited period before being deleted.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your individual conversation content with advertisers.
Boostupp uses Google Gemini as its underlying AI model to process your messages and generate responses. When you send a message, its content is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing.
According to Google's terms, data submitted through the Gemini API is not used to train Google's AI models. You can review Google's data usage policies here: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms
We believe your data is not used for AI training purposes. However, we recommend reviewing Google's linked terms directly for the most current and authoritative information.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
Your account and conversation data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual conversations at any time from within the chat interface — deleted conversations are permanently and immediately removed from our database.

Uploaded files (CVs, documents) are stored to enable parsing and AI processing. File contents are retained as part of your conversation history.

Boostupp is an AI-powered productivity assistant that helps users with professional writing tasks including resumes, cover letters, emails, and career-related content. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide a valid email address. You may not create accounts using automated methods or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or input into Boostupp. By using the Service, you grant Boostupp a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. AI-generated outputs may contain errors — always review documents before using them professionally.
Boostupp uses AI to generate content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of any AI output for any specific purpose. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
Never submit sensitive personal information (passport numbers, financial details, medical data) into AI chat systems, including Boostupp.
Boostupp currently offers a free tier. If premium plans are introduced in the future, pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly communicated before any charge is made. All payments will be processed by Stripe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boostupp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you are on the free plan).
You may stop using Boostupp at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts.
